Dublin’s CHQ Building Sold to Isdell for €10M

Dublin’s CHQ Building Sold to Isdell for €10M

The CHQ Building in Dublin’s IFSC has been sold for just over €10m to Neville Isdell, the former chairman and chief executive of the Coca-Cola Company.
The CHQ is a landmark building redeveloped by the Dublin Docklands Development Authority beside Georges Dock in the heart of Dublin’s docklands.
Estate agent Lisney said that formal offers were made by ten potential buyers for the building. The sale is expected to close by the end of July.
