The new season has well and truly arrived and  here at ely it means sourcing the best of seasonal Irish produce: root vegetables, game, lamb, beef, pork and  of course seafood. Oysters are the perfect example of fresh Irish seafood and at ely we have sourced beautifully sweet and succulent  oysters from Dungarvan Bay, Waterford.

They make the perfect bar bite and partner to a great glass of wine or even a pint of stout.
